Initial intake forms to be completed prior to the initial counseling session as well as scheduling your first session will be all be conveniently done online. Rates and Cancellation Policy Sojourners Rest Counseling is an out of network provider focused on providing high quality services. Fees are paid at time of service through cash, checks, or most major credit cards. A superbill detailing information needed to file for out of network insurance benefits can be provided upon request. If you are a current client, please contact Sojourners Rest Counseling for current rates. The following are rates effective October 28, 2024: 55 minute intake session: $180.00 80 minute intake session: $255.00 55 minute session: $150.00 80 minute session: $225.00 25 minute session: $75.00 Group counseling session: $75.00 1-15 minutes professional time: $45.00 per 15 minutes Sex Therapy Assessment Fee: $240.00 Cancellations must occur 24 hours or more before your scheduled session. Late cancellations/no shows that occur less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be assessed the following fees: Individual/couples/family sessions: $75.00 25 minute sessions or 80 minute group counseling session: $37.50 Payment by check that is returned due to nonsufficient funds will be assessed the following fee: $40
